The Second Ministry of Industry held a special meeting on safety.

To strengthen employees' safety awareness, 11 month 9 day, the Second Engineering Department held a special safety meeting.

The meeting studied the "Implementation Details of the Party and Government Leaders' Safety Production Responsibility System" issued by the Yunnan Provincial People's Government Office, concerning the improvement and implementation of the Party and government leaders' safety production responsibility system, adhering to the system regulations of "Party and government share responsibility, one post, two responsibilities, joint efforts and management, and accountability for dereliction of duty." The meeting also conducted comparative study and case analysis of the contents related to the work in the "Yunnan Provincial Safety Production Regulations." The meeting also studied the specific content of the Group's "five countermeasures" safety management, as well as the project department's safety management system and principles of "whoever manages is responsible, whoever approves is responsible, and whoever signs is responsible." At the same time, common 200 specific safety hazards in engineering construction were discussed.

The meeting required that the learning content should cover each project management department. Through learning, the spirit of the document should be conveyed in place, clarifying job responsibilities, loving one's job and being dedicated, fulfilling one's job duties, and firmly establishing the safety awareness of "safety first, prevention first."
