Company leaders went to Guizhou to inspect and guide the work of the Wuzhengdao coal gasification project

To comprehensively promote the construction of the Guizhou Wuzhengdao Coal Gasification Project in the processing center, 10 Month 25 Day, the company's deputy general manager Yang Pengyong, safety supervisor Guan Yanguang, safety production management department manager, and metal structure processing center manager, a group of four people went to the Guizhou Wuzhengdao coal gasification project to inspect and guide the work.

   Morning 9.00 Around, under the accompaniment of the project department management personnel, the leaders conducted a detailed inspection of the entire construction operation area. During the inspection, Deputy General Manager Yang Pengyong inspected the cable line connections and repeatedly emphasized that the construction power supply should be reasonably arranged. Safety supervisor Guan Yanguang mainly inspected the installation and use of special equipment. The safety production management department manager mainly inspected the safety protection devices for high-altitude operations, and the metal structure center manager mainly inspected the welding quality of steel beams and columns and put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions.

Afterwards, the inspection team held a meeting with relevant personnel from the general contractor, Keda Clean Energy Co., Ltd., to discuss and communicate. The attendees stated that they should fully consider the short project duration, the high overall difficulty, the harsh winter construction climate conditions, the steel structure fabrication and installation volume of 1090 tons, non-standard equipment fabrication of 630 tons, non-standard equipment installation of 600 tons, and the complexity of various process pipe welding, and formulate feasible plans and measures.

At the afternoon work report meeting, Deputy General Manager Yang Pengyong, after listening to the project department's work report, put forward four requirements for the work priorities: First, for the remaining steel structure and non-standard equipment workload, the project department should formulate a detailed schedule and resource allocation plan; second, concentrate efforts to solve problems that affect project progress and ensure normal project progress; third, ensure that the project progress meets the requirements of the owner; fourth, build a more comprehensive project management system.

At the meeting, the inspection team affirmed the efforts and achievements of the project department employees, criticized and guided the existing problems and shortcomings, and hoped that all participants would work together, enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, implement the work seriously, ensure that the safety production work steadily progresses, and continuously improve the project management level.
