On the afternoon of May 30, Comrade Ma De, member of the group's Party committee, director, and deputy general manager, was invited to give a Party lecture to the company's Party members, cadres, heads of various functional departments, and Party members in Kunming in the company's third-floor auditorium.

Ma De first discussed learning from the 19th National Congress, and how to fully grasp nine key points: First, deeply understand the theme of the congress: "Upholding the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, striving to fully build a moderately prosperous society, achieving a great victory for socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and working tirelessly to realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation"; second, deeply understand the rich connotation of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; third, deeply understand the historic achievements and transformative changes in the cause of the Party and the state since the 18th National Congress of the CPC; fourth, deeply understand the new assertion that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era; fifth, deeply understand the changes in China's major social contradictions; sixth, deeply understand the historical mission of the Communist Party of China in the new era; seventh, deeply understand the major deployments made in socialist economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, and ecological civilization construction; eighth, deeply understand the major deployments in national defense and military construction, work in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, and diplomatic work; ninth, deeply understand the major deployment of unswervingly and comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline.

Ma De emphasized that in addition to the above nine aspects, learning from the 19th National Congress report also requires grassroots units to systematically study the group's "seven ones." Learning should focus on key points, use effective methods, rely on self-awareness, and persist in learning.
