Groundbreaking ceremony for the steel structure of the Lao Zhong Hongta Office Complex project

On April 10th, at 9:30 AM Laotian time, the steel structure installation ceremony for the Laos Liaochong Hongta Fortune Tobacco EPC general contracting project, undertaken by the First Engineering Project Department, kicked off with the firing of cannons. Mr. Ma Xu, General Manager of Laos Liaochong Hongta Tobacco Co., Ltd., and the on-site project management team attended the ceremony.

Amidst applause, the first box-shaped column was slowly hoisted, marking the entry of the entire project into a key stage: steel structure installation.

The project commenced on February 1, 2018, and has been under construction for 2 months and 10 days. With the Laotian rainy season approaching, and to ensure the project reaches its goal of topping out in June, the project management team stayed on-site throughout the Spring Festival, working diligently and striving relentlessly, demonstrating a tenacious spirit and allowing no room for negligence. During construction, the project department meticulously planned the implementation plan, continuously optimized project implementation measures, and adhered to the PDCA cycle model of inspection-implementation-analysis-inspection, using the five-in-one approach to comprehensively advance project implementation. With the strong support of the company and the joint efforts of all employees, the project has progressed smoothly, and the client has given high praise to the overall project quality, progress, and safety management. Currently, the main structure foundation engineering has been successfully completed, 15% of the outdoor plaza is complete, and all steel structure processing has been completed and transported to the site.

The completion of this node not only represents substantial progress in the project but also plays a key role in deepening understanding and strengthening cooperation between the two parties, laying a solid foundation for the company's future business operations.
