Recently, the manager of the eighth construction department led a team to conduct on-site inspections and guidance on several projects under construction, including the Weixin County shantytown renovation project in Zhaotong City, the Zhenxiong County municipal integrated pipeline project, the Yiliang County post-disaster reconstruction project, the Ludian County "Four Halls and One Center" project, and the Zhaoyang District affordable housing project.

During the inspection, the resumption of work of various projects after the Spring Festival was understood, and the progress of construction, capital turnover, personnel composition, construction technology quality, and on-site safety and civilized construction of various projects were understood, and relevant work requirements were made.

1. Pay attention to the contractually agreed construction period and the relevant work nodes set by the owner, organize personnel, machinery, and materials in advance, strengthen communication and coordination with various participating units, ensure that project nodes are completed on time and with quality, and ultimately achieve the construction period target.

2. Based on the characteristics of each project and the personnel structure, reasonably divide the work, work together sincerely, and concentrate efforts to grasp the on-site "four guarantees, one tree, and one control" management work.

3. Each project should establish the concept of "guaranteeing production and promoting operation". While earnestly grasping and implementing on-site management, actively expand new markets and new fields to promote the rapid development of the department and the company.

The inspection also publicized the relevant documents and requirements of the state, province, group, company, and engineering department regarding the payment of wages to rural workers, requiring each project to earnestly implement them. At the same time, the various targets and tasks issued by the company this year and the current operation of the eighth construction department were explained, and the front-line employees of the department were given positive encouragement. Finally, arrangements and deployments were made for the Qingming Festival holiday to ensure the safety and stability of various projects during the holiday.
