On February 8th, at the on-site preliminary acceptance meeting organized by the command center of the sludge disposal project relocation project, the third section of the sludge relocation project undertaken by the Sixth Construction Department successfully passed the project's preliminary acceptance after inspection and review. The preliminary acceptance was attended by representatives from the construction party, in-situ testing and settlement observation, design, geological survey, supervision, construction, and quality and safety supervision station. To strengthen supervision and implement various specific tasks, the project department specially invited members of the company's technical center, led by Deputy Chief Engineer Dao Limin, to participate in the project acceptance.
This acceptance adopted a centralized sign-in and group acceptance format. During the acceptance, three groups of personnel—the documentation group, the on-site quality inspection group, and the appearance inspection group—separately inspected their respective projects. After the inspection, they held a joint discussion on the acceptance results, and reported and summarized the evaluation of the acceptance results. After the inspection report and mutual discussions among various units, it was unanimously agreed that the preliminary acceptance met the requirements and was approved.
This project is Yunnan Province's first sludge treatment plant. The first phase has a design treatment capacity of 500t/d. The treatment process is divided into three sections: sludge digestion, sludge dewatering, and sludge drying, involving heating, pressurization, fermentation, dewatering, and drying processes. It achieves the simultaneous treatment of sludge, wastewater, biogas, and odor, ultimately achieving the goal of harmless sludge treatment. Currently, the sludge digestion process is undergoing raw sludge and digested sludge cultivation and debugging.
