On the morning of February 1, the first session of the second representative conference of employees and the 2017 advanced commendation conference of An'ersi were successfully held. Ma De, the deputy general manager of the group, was invited to attend the meeting and gave a speech.
In his speech, Ma De, deputy general manager of the group, pointed out that the work reports of General Manager Cui Yongzhi and Secretary Xu Bo closely followed the spirit and requirements of the group, and made a comprehensive and objective review and summary of the work of An'ersi in 2017. It also made a comprehensive, profound, and pragmatic plan and deployment for the work in 2018. While sincerely congratulating An'ersi on its remarkable achievements in the past year, Ma De also put forward five points of opinions and requirements for this year's work:
First, we must continue to strive for excellence and win the advanced enterprise award for four consecutive years. An'ersi has achieved excellent results in the past year, serving as a benchmark and a flag for the group. It has demonstrated a wolf-like spirit in market development, forming its own characteristics and advantages, making major breakthroughs in the environmental protection field, tackling tough problems in project advancement, and gaining high recognition from the group and society;
Second, we must set goals and build confidence. Encouraged by the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, driven by the group, and based on the years of hard work of An'ersi, An'ersi should build confidence and complete the work goals and tasks for 2018 with greater confidence, continuously expanding domestic and foreign markets, innovating technologies, expanding new fields, and strictly adhering to the unified requirements of the group while having its own innovations and highlights;
Third, we must accurately grasp the dialectical relationship between risk and development. While controlling risks, we must achieve rapid development, organically combining risk control and development planning, seizing opportunities, seizing results, and overcoming difficulties.
Fourth, we must firmly establish the concept of collaborative development. We must not only do a good job in external collaboration but also in internal collaboration. In terms of external collaboration, we must actively and bravely develop high-end businesses and collaborate with various professional resources in society to seek development and win-win results. In terms of internal collaboration, we actively advocate the group's concept of "one family, one chessboard," working together under the banner of the group, cooperating closely, and striving to give full play to our core advantages;
Fifth, we must accurately grasp the overall requirements of the group's year-end work conference, namely the year of management improvement and the year of brand improvement, focusing our work on management and brand building, and striving to complete the various goals and tasks assigned by the group.
