　　On the morning of February 1, the first session of the second employee congress of An'er Company and the 2017 advanced commendation meeting were grandly opened in the company's comprehensive building auditorium. Ma De, deputy general manager of the group, Gu Yongmao, chairman of the company, Xu Bo, party secretary, and members of the company's leadership team attended the meeting. At the meeting, Cui Yongzhi, deputy secretary of the company's party committee and general manager, delivered an administrative work report entitled "Integrating into the Group's Strategy, Deepening Company Reforms, Focusing on Strengthening the Foundation, Focusing on Improving Quality and Efficiency, and Achieving New Leaps in Company Development"; Xu Bo, secretary of the company's party committee and deputy manager, delivered a report on spiritual civilization construction entitled "Strengthening Confidence, Gathering Strength, and Striving for New Heights in Company Development"; and Ma De, deputy general manager of the group, conveyed the important spirit of the group's employee congress and delivered an important speech. 　　At 8:45 am, the meeting opened with the passionate and resounding singing of the national anthem by all the representatives present. A total of 134 representatives attended the congress, including 8 company leaders, 93 representatives from the company's offices and various project departments, 4 specially invited representatives, 18 attending representatives, and 11 invited representatives.

 

 

　　In his administrative work report, General Manager Cui Yongzhi pointed out that 2017 was the opening year for the implementation of the "13th Five-Year Plan" and a key year for the group to move towards the world's top 500 companies. Over the past year, the company has successfully completed various tasks and made new progress, fully achieving the various annual work targets set by the group, and continuing to maintain a strong, rapid, and healthy development momentum: the company's main economic and technical indicators have achieved new breakthroughs; market operation capabilities have continued to improve; construction production capacity has reached new heights; quality and safety have been stable and controllable, with new achievements in technological innovation; basic management work has been continuously improved and enhanced, with new results; and corporate culture construction has integrated new concepts.

　　In his report on spiritual civilization construction, Xu Bo, secretary of the company's party committee, pointed out that 2017 was an important year for the implementation of the "13th Five-Year Plan," a year that marked the convergence of summarizing the development achievements of the 18th National Congress and embarking on a new journey to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress, a year in which the group demonstrated firm confidence, gathered strength, sought truth and pragmatism, and comprehensively promoted leapfrog development, and also a year in which the company overcame difficulties and achieved leapfrog development. Over the past year, the company's spiritual civilization construction work has been successfully completed and has achieved a series of new breakthroughs and achievements: the Party's leadership over the enterprise has been continuously strengthened, establishing a scientifically effective operating mechanism; learning and education have been deepened, and theoretical education and ideological and political work have been continuously deepened; the requirements of the Party building improvement year have been implemented, and the level of grassroots Party building work has been further improved; the construction of the cadre team has been comprehensively optimized, and the results of cadre and talent cultivation have been significant; supervision and inspection have been strengthened, further strengthening Party conduct and integrity building; and emphasis has been placed on effectiveness, working hard to build a harmonious enterprise.

An'er Company has achieved outstanding results in the past year, serving as a benchmark and a flag for the group, demonstrating a wolf-like spirit in market development, forming its own characteristics and advantages, making major breakthroughs in the environmental protection field, tackling tough problems in project advancement, and receiving high recognition from the group and society; second, to set goals and build confidence. Encouraged by the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, driven by the group, and based on the years of hard work and struggle by An'er Company, An'er Company should build confidence and complete the work goals and tasks for 2018 with greater confidence, continuously expanding domestic and foreign markets, innovating technology, expanding new fields, and strictly adhering to the unified requirements of the group while having its own innovations and highlights; third, to accurately grasp the dialectical relationship between risk and development.
