On January 25, at 5:00 AM local time, accompanied by the roar of construction machinery, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Laos Liaozhong Hongta Fortune Tobacco EPC general contracting project was successfully held. Attendees included the owner's Chinese general manager, Ma Xu, and four deputy general managers, Lao representatives, and representatives from the construction unit.
The project is located in Savannakhet Province, Laos, and is being constructed by the First Engineering Project Department. The total area of the project site is approximately 6000 square meters. The construction project is a comprehensive office building with a floor area of approximately 750 square meters, with a steel structure frame. Other ancillary facilities include an open-air leisure plaza of approximately 3200 square meters, a green parking lot of approximately 560 square meters, and a road surrounding the office building. The estimated total contract value is 11.6 million RMB.
This project is the company's first overseas EPC general contracting project in 2018. The successful completion of the project will lay a solid foundation for long-term friendly cooperation between the company and Laos Liaozhong Hongta Tobacco Company.
