On the morning of January 3, the company's project management center, together with relevant functional departments and participating units, held a work promotion meeting for the Dianzhong New Area construction project to discuss and promote the HVAC and fire protection installation work of the seventh section. Company leaders Yang Pengyong, Xu Yanlu, and Guan Yanguang, as well as Liang Tao from the project management center and Xiang Wen from the production safety department, attended the meeting.
After listening to the report on the relevant work by project manager Zhou Jianmin, the attending leaders fully affirmed the project department's preliminary planning and construction organization work, and analyzed and proposed solutions and measures for the existing difficulties and problems one by one. Given the tight schedule and heavy tasks of the project, the company's project management center required Shi Xuhui, manager of the company's third engineering project department, to be prepared for a tough battle, urging on-site construction management personnel to increase risk assessment, thoroughly study the problems, and devise precise solutions. Simultaneously, effective and controllable management measures should be formulated to ensure the forceful and effective advancement of project implementation.
