On July 14, the Contract and Budget Department held a 2017 mid-year work meeting in the fifth-floor conference room. The company's chief economist, deputy chief economist, chief economists of various departments, budget managers, and all members of the Contract and Budget Department attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the chief economists from various grassroots units reported on their project department's project cost management, project settlement, subcontracting contracts, settlement status in the first half of 2017, and plans for the second half of the year. Deputy Chief Economist Kong Lingqiong summarized and analyzed the Contract and Budget Department's subcontracting, internal settlement, and external settlement situations in the first half of the year, as well as the planned profit of various project costs and the situation of un-settled completed projects. She also arranged the settlement targets for the second half of the year and emphasized that the signing of subcontracting contracts must include a 'Safety Production License'.
Chief Economist Lv Chunping questioned and summarized the work reports of the chief economists and budget managers of various departments, and made requirements and arrangements for the work in the second half of the year: First, the monthly routine business meetings of each department will remain unchanged; second, actively promote external settlement; third, complete the revision of the business management system and internal control manual by October.
