In July, during these passionate and exciting days, the company welcomed the new employees of 2017, adding even more youthful vitality to the already lively atmosphere.
Starting from July 10th, the week-long new employee training was carried out in full swing according to the previous plan. The training first arranged a meeting between company leaders and new employees. At the meeting, Chairman Gu Yongmao welcomed the new employees and introduced the current development situation, strategic goals, and direction of the group and the company, encouraging new employees to quickly integrate into the development process of the group and the company. Other company leaders congratulated the new employees on successfully completing their studies, welcomed their arrival, and shared valuable experiences based on their many years of work experience.

On the afternoon of the 10th, external experts hired by the Human Resources Department gave a lecture to the new employees on "Starters - Professional Quality and Positive Mentality." Through theory, case studies, and interactive games, the lecture thoroughly explained the basic professional qualities and mentality that new employees should possess when entering the workplace, enabling them to quickly transition into their roles and adapt to workplace life.
On the morning of the 11th, Shi Bin, member of the company's Party Committee and director of the Party Committee's Work Department, lectured the new employees on the company's corporate culture, the development channels for reserve cadres, and the process of developing Party members. This introduction allowed new employees to gain a deeper understanding of the company's history and clarify the group's and company's core values. It also strengthened the new employees' confidence in development and encouraged them to become qualified JianTou employees for the development of the group and the company.
On the afternoon of the 11th, Xiang Dongjun, manager of the company's Human Resources Department, guided the new employees in studying the company's employee handbook and relevant personnel systems. He also introduced relevant career development channels based on the company's current talent cultivation situation, further guiding new employees to plan their careers.
On July 12th, Guan Yanguang, the company's chief safety supervisor, conducted company-level safety education and training for new employees in the morning. At the meeting, Guan, combining the company's safety regulations and on-site safety management, established safety prevention and management awareness among new employees and used video playback to conduct safety warning education. In the afternoon, the company's comprehensive service center invited expert teachers from the fire association to conduct fire safety education for new employees. Then, Zhou Jiyuan from the company's legal office lectured the new employees on the legal knowledge they should possess when entering the workplace. The training helped new employees realize the differences between the workplace and school, further understanding the rules and regulations and relevant laws and regulations that should be followed in the workplace.
On July 13th, the exciting expansion training was not hindered by the weather. On the contrary, the new employees had even higher participation throughout the expansion training, fully demonstrating their youthful vitality and passion. Through the expansion training, the new employees deeply understood the importance of "teamwork, trust, execution, responsibility, commitment, and motivation," which are the most basic professional qualities.


On July 14th, a new employee allocation ceremony was held in the morning, where each new employee found the starting point of their initial dreams. They will work hard for their future at their posts. In the afternoon, the Human Resources Department, Party Committee Work Department, Trade Union, and Youth League Committee jointly held a 2017 new and old employee gala. All the programs at the gala were jointly planned, arranged, and performed by new and old employees, which greatly deepened the understanding and feelings between new and old employees. Liang Yan, director of the group's Human Resources Department, was also invited to the gala to give a mobilization speech to the new employees, further strengthening their confidence.
