Drug prevention education lecture enters Lu-Mi expressway project

　　

 

　　To further enhance employees' awareness of drug prohibition and prevention, and to create a safe, harmonious, and civilized construction site environment. On the afternoon of July 6th, the company's trade union spearheaded a "Happy Life, Drug-Free and Regret-Free" drug prevention knowledge lecture at the Luomi Expressway project department in Honghe Prefecture. The lecture invited Zhang Hongjun, the head of the anti-narcotics team of the Mile City Public Security Bureau, and Yan Wenyong, the secretary of the company's disciplinary committee, to participate in the event.

 

 

　　Based on the current drug situation and the complex social environment, Captain Zhang used easy-to-understand language and rich and detailed data, as well as simple and clear electronic slides, to introduce the definition, types, and characteristics of drugs, showcasing pictures of various drug plants, traditional drugs, and synthetic drugs. Captain Zhang also brought real samples of heroin and "xiaoma" (a type of drug) to deepen everyone's understanding of various drugs. In the lecture, Captain Zhang, using painful cases, detailed the harm of drug use to oneself and one's family, as well as methods of resisting drug harm and staying away from drugs, how to identify drug users and drug dens, and the way of life of being cautious in making friends, warning everyone to recognize the harm, enhance their awareness of resisting and refusing drugs, stay away from drugs, consciously resist drugs, and establish a sense of self-protection. Secretary Yan, in his speech, advised everyone to correctly deal with difficulties and setbacks, maintain their integrity, stay away from drugs, be a person of faith, and always remember a happy life, drug-free and regret-free. During the event, the company's trade union distributed drug prevention brochures to help more people understand and recognize drugs.

 

　　Through the drug prevention education lecture, the awareness and ability of project personnel to identify, refuse, and prevent drugs were improved, building a firewall for the project department's drug prevention work, allowing the concept of "Happy Life, Drug-Free and Regret-Free" to take root, and laying a solid foundation for building a safe project and a drug-free construction site.
