The company held a special meeting on the management of migrant workers

　　

 

　　To further implement the requirements of the State Council, the Provincial Government, and the Group Company regarding the management of migrant workers and the protection of their legitimate rights and interests, a special meeting on migrant worker management was held on the morning of July 5th, presided over by Yang Pengyong, the company's vice president of production. Relevant functional department heads attended the meeting.

 

　　At the meeting, Vice President Yang conveyed the spirit of the group meeting to everyone. The heads of various functional departments discussed and analyzed the current situation of migrant worker management in the company in conjunction with the special inspection form of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and put forward substantive suggestions for migrant worker management based on their respective functional responsibilities, laying the foundation for the issuance of the company's implementation guidelines for migrant worker management.

 

　　Vice President Yang put forward four requirements for the next steps: First, all departments of the company should enhance their understanding and unify their thinking to streamline the management of migrant workers. The Project Management Center will take the lead, with the Human Resources Department, Finance Department, Contract and Budget Department, and Comprehensive Service Center working together. Second, implement the monthly self-correction and self-inspection system for migrant worker management and conduct regular checks. Third, strengthen the reporting of information on migrant worker management by grassroots units, ensuring that the information is factual and reported on time and according to schedule. Fourth, after the meeting, participants should quickly organize their respective management functions and form a migrant worker management system.

 

　　The convening of this meeting is of great significance to the company's further implementation of migrant worker management, achieving rectification results, and steadily advancing the work of dealing with wage arrears for migrant workers.
