Party secretary leads a comprehensive inspection of the Qigong Department's Baoshan project

　　On March 29, led by Xu Bo, Party Secretary of the company, a comprehensive inspection team composed of Yan Guang, the company's chief safety supervisor, the production safety department, the project management center, the equipment and materials department, and the human resources department conducted inspections and provided guidance on the Yunnan Province 2013-2017 Urban Slum Renovation Project (Phase I) - Baoshan City Qinghuahu District Shenguanyuan and Liao Guanyuan Slum Renovation Project.

　　Upon arriving at the site, the inspection team conducted a detailed understanding of the project's overview, construction scope, production processes, construction difficulties, cost, and existing problems. Based on the actual situation, they provided suggestions and requirements for the project department's work and gave specific guidance on the difficulties and problems that urgently need to be addressed in project advancement.

　　The Shen Guanyuan slum renovation project covers a total construction area of 159,600㎡. Given that the project is currently in its peak construction phase, the inspection team leaders offered reasonable opinions and valuable suggestions on safety production, equipment and materials management, quality and progress, and human resource management. They also required mutual coordination and cooperation to ensure the smooth progress of all work and the successful completion of the "May 30" target. Subsequently, the inspection team checked the project department's various construction management materials. Guidance and improved standards were provided for problems and deficiencies in the construction management process, requiring the project department to be "more meticulous in management, more serious in the process, and more responsible in attitude" in future work.

　　At the inspection summary meeting, Yan Guang, the chief safety supervisor, based on the Group's Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection Supervision and Management Department's document "Notice on Criticizing the Wenshan Aluminum Industry Thermal Power Regional Civil Construction Project of the Eleventh Company," used the problems and lessons learned from other companies to conduct targeted safety education and training for the project department to avoid similar safety problems in future work. Xu Bo, the company's Party Secretary, in his concluding remarks, put forward the important guiding principle of "diligent performance of duties and a sense of bottom line" for the project department, hoping that the project department will be more meticulous, hardworking, and united in future work, maintaining the company's image and brand, showcasing the company's characteristics, and reflecting the company's culture.

　　Secretary Xu repeatedly emphasized in his speech that to ensure the successful completion of the "May 30" target, everyone must grit their teeth, overcome difficulties, focus on progress, ensure quality, continue to work hard, and strive for excellence. Completing the node plan on time and in accordance with quality standards, given the limited time and resources, is a requirement of the owner and the command center, and it is also the most basic requirement of a professional company for itself. Finally, Secretary Xu encouraged everyone that although the task is arduous, we have an excellent management team and a professional construction team, and he believes that everyone can successfully complete the task.
