A visit to a sister unit to observe and exchange experiences on the Lu-Mi Expressway project

　　On March 20, to improve safety production levels and optimize project management, the Lushi Project Department of the Third Engineering Department organized employees to visit and learn from the Xinan to Jiejie Expressway project of Yunnan Construction Investment Installation Co., Ltd. for observation and exchange.

　　The observation group first visited the standardized construction sites such as the office area and dormitory area of the Xinjie Expressway project department, understanding the project's progress, work plans, and equipment and material control. They focused on exchanging information about the inspection and acceptance of newly arrived materials. Regarding the management philosophy of expressway projects, the leaders of the Xinjie Expressway project introduced that expressway construction is the first step in promoting the company's transformation. As participating units, they should attach great importance to it, take the initiative to manage, communicate, and serve, conduct work in-depth at the construction site, and ensure safe production. The observation group, combining the actual situation of the Luxi to Mile Expressway project, exchanged views with the other party on proactively promoting project work, actively communicating, strengthening the management of labor teams, strictly controlling equipment and material management, optimizing project costs, and achieving safety, quality, progress, and cost targets.

　　At the construction site, the observation group observed the installation of barbed wire mesh concrete columns and the hanging net construction process. They carefully listened to the protection measures for material products during the construction of barbed wire mesh and the safety control methods for high-slope construction operations. They also learned in detail about the welding net installation process, linear control, and cost control.

　　Through observation and exchange, the project department has gained a deeper understanding of the standardized construction of expressway projects and the control of safety, quality, and costs. By learning from each other's strengths and weaknesses, this has played a positive role in optimizing the management level of the Luxi to Mile Expressway project.
