To improve NC operation skills and project management level of the engineering department, recently, the sixth engineering department organized relevant professional employees to conduct NC operation training in the company's third-floor meeting room.
This training used a reverse storytelling approach, focusing on the materials section, supplemented by cost, schedule, quality, and safety. Using actual projects as examples, it explained the details, steps, and logical relationships that need to be considered when entering information, vividly and specifically building a comprehensive conceptual framework for the trainees. During the training, veteran employees from the project department cooperated to explain the sections they were responsible for entering to new employees, from beginning to end. Through hands-on operation, they not only honed their own work skills but also provided a clear and comprehensive knowledge consolidation for new employees who had just come into contact with the NC system.
After a day of training, the trainees all gained varying degrees of knowledge. This not only promoted the professional skills of both veteran and new employees but also fostered team cohesion through mutual explanation, laying a solid foundation for strengthening team building, enhancing skills, and improving project management.
