We must keep in mind our original mission, always maintain a clear head, and act with restraint in our thoughts, words, and deeds. Third, we must deeply understand that supervision is the greatest care and protection. We must consciously cultivate the habit of working, living, and exercising power under supervision. Regardless of our position, we must clearly understand that power belongs to the public, not to the private, and we must exercise power fairly, legally, for the people, and honestly, allowing power to operate in the sunlight.

Cui Yongzhi emphasized that in the face of the current development situation, the company's two-level leading cadres must always keep the employees in their hearts, withstand the test of new-era development, unite and lead the vast number of employees to unify their thoughts and strengthen their confidence, correctly deal with the difficulties and challenges in the development process, deeply analyze the reasons, grasp the development opportunities, and strive to cultivate new opportunities in the crisis and open up new situations in the changing situation.
