On the afternoon of January 4th, Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, delivered a special party lecture on the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the 11th Party Congress of Yunnan Province to all employees of the Second Engineering Project Department's branch in Kunming.

He also profoundly analyzed the major significance and rich connotations of summarizing the major achievements and historical experiences of the Party's centenary struggle.
