On the morning of December 22, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Group conducted an on-site supervision and inspection at the Eleventh Engineering Project Department. A total of 21 people participated, including Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and head of the Supervision Group; members of the Eleventh Engineering Department leadership team; Party members and cadres in Kunming; key personnel; and employee representatives.

Sun Jinyao delivered a special廉政党课 (integrity-themed Party lesson) covering several aspects, including the performance of the leadership team members, the coordination of production and operation, the implementation of the real-name system for migrant workers, bidding and tendering management, talent cultivation and management, the implementation of holiday leadership on-duty and pre-shift safety education systems, and the strengthening of basic management and improvement of management levels.

Sun Jinyao emphasized: First, the leadership team must implement the "one post, two responsibilities" system and educate and guide Party members and cadres to abide by laws and disciplines; second, team members and Party members and cadres should take the lead in studying the Party Constitution and Party discipline, and studying the "New Safety Production Law," "Contract Law," and "Bidding and Tendering Law," etc.; third, focus on talent cultivation and strengthen the project department's talent reserves; fourth, strengthen the Party's style and integrity responsibility system, focusing on key personnel and carrying out anti-corruption and promoting integrity work on a regular basis; fifth, care for and show concern for employees, and educate and guide employees to develop positive and healthy lifestyles; sixth, supervise and remind cadres and employees to strictly prohibit violations of social security regulations.
