Zheng Zhu, male, born September 1988, joined the Chinese Communist Party in June 2011, graduated from Yulin College, Shaanxi Province, majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering. He joined Yunnan Construction Investment No. 2 Installation Engineering Company in July 2013 and obtained a Class 1 Constructor qualification in municipal public works engineering in June 2019. Zheng Zhu has worked on numerous projects, consistently adhering to the principle of "guaranteeing quality through craftsmanship and safety through quality" throughout the construction process. The projects he has participated in have received consistent praise from clients and owners, creating favorable economic benefits for the company. He is currently the project manager for the Maruha Nichiro Packaging Paper Project in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.

Qiu Dong, born in 1990, from Liangping, Chongqing, a member of the Communist Party of China, and a welding engineer. He started working in July 2013. He holds a Class 1 Constructor qualification in municipal works and a registered safety engineer qualification. He also holds an International Welding Engineer (IWE) certificate, and has obtained two utility model patents: "A New Type of Arc Drag Hood" and "An Electronic Equipment Water Cooling and Temperature Reduction Device for High-Temperature Working Environments." He has won third prize twice in the National BIM Competition, once received the "Advanced Individual" title from the Kunming Municipal Association for Science and Technology, and twice won third prize for QC achievements.
