Hoa Phat Project, Vietnam

During the May Day holiday, all management personnel of the Seventh Engineering Project Department's Hoa Phat Project in Vietnam remained at the project site, making every effort to meet the important milestone of completing the No. 1 desulfurization and denitrification project by June 30th.

The daytime temperature in Vietnam has reached nearly 40℃, and the project is entering its peak installation phase. Currently, the main construction tasks are the welding of the SCR reactor (the core equipment of the denitrification process) wall panels and the hoisting of the top flue wall panels. The maximum height of this equipment is 56.4 meters, with a significant amount of high-altitude work. Therefore, the project department conducted a special safety inspection to further strengthen the safety production line. At the same time, the project department checked the construction process data to ensure that the process data is synchronized with the on-site construction. 玖龙 Project, Malaysia

The No. 1 waste heat boiler installation project of the thermal power plant of Nine Dragons Paper (Selangor) Co., Ltd. in Malaysia started in March 2024 and is currently undergoing the polishing and assembly welding of the boiler chimney.

All management personnel of the project department always keep in mind that "quality management is the lifeline of the enterprise." During the May Day holiday, the project department organized a special quality inspection activity, checking everything from the raw materials provided by the owner to the welding quality at the construction site and the quality of equipment assembly, ensuring management from the source and attention to detail to effectively guarantee the project quality. Anshi Highway Project

The Anshi Highway municipalization transformation and integrated pipe gallery PPP project in Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone is in its final stage. According to the overall progress, it is planned to conduct a comprehensive initial inspection of the entire pipe gallery after May Day.

Previously, the water pipes in the pipe gallery had been installed inside the gallery, but due to the undetermined water intake scheme, the pipeline at the water intake point had not yet started construction. On the eve of May Day, after discussions among the owner unit, the supervisory unit, and the design unit, the final construction scheme was finalized. To ensure that the project can successfully pass the initial inspection, after comprehensive consideration, all management personnel of the project department decided to forgo their holiday and carry out the construction work at the water intake point. The main difficulty of this scheme is that the pipeline needs to be drawn from the existing valve well, passing through the green belt and the road surface. In order to minimize the time the road is occupied, the project department management personnel carefully organized and implemented the work, taking the lead in overtime work, and ultimately restoring road traffic 2 hours ahead of schedule. After 5 days of organization and implementation, currently, 80% of the total project volume has been completed, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming initial inspection.
