On October 26, Gu Yongmao, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the company, and Yan Xueguang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, went to the Eighth Engineering Project Department of the company to conduct research and guidance on the construction project of the Puer, Ning'er, and Mojiang railway station squares and supporting facilities of the Yumo Railway, a project under the Belt and Road Initiative.

At the project site, Gu Yongmao made the following requirements: First, the project department should strengthen communication and coordination with all participating units to effectively reduce construction conflicts in cross-operations, ensure the orderly progress of the project, and complete it on schedule; second, the project department should strictly implement the safety production responsibility system, layer by layer implement the safety production responsibility, urge management personnel and construction personnel to strictly abide by the safety production regulations, strengthen safety production awareness, and ensure safety production; third, the project department should accelerate the progress and overcome difficulties under the premise of ensuring safety and civilized construction, and strive to present high-level and high-quality projects as soon as possible, creating a monument for the Second An Construction Company along the Belt and Road.

After inspecting the construction site, Yan Xueguang made the following requirements for the project management personnel: First, as the project is nearing completion, most of the construction tasks have been basically completed, but the requirements for on-site construction management cannot be relaxed. The completion work must be carried out strictly in accordance with the standards; second, the completion work should be well planned, paying attention to construction details, ensuring quality control, striving for one-time acceptance, and reducing unnecessary rework; third, after more than a month of intensive rush work, the project management personnel should adjust their mentality, and the project leaders should do a good job in the ideological work of the management personnel, stand the last post, and ensure the smooth completion of the project.
