On June 23, Yang Pengyong, member of the company's Party Committee and deputy general manager, went to the Fifth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work of the Dali Prefecture Ludila Hydropower Station Water Resources Comprehensive Utilization Supporting Phase I Project of the Dianzhong Water Diversion Project.

At the construction site, Yang Pengyong checked the construction progress of Phase I, listened to the project manager's report on the project's construction, and focused on understanding the construction schedule and existing problems. He then put forward the following requirements:

First, the project has just started, the construction period is tight, the installation tasks are heavy, and management work needs to be strengthened. Construction must be carefully organized in strict accordance with the Group's "four guarantees, one control, and one tree" requirements.

Second, strengthen quality management, achieve owner recognition with high-quality construction and services, eliminate common engineering quality defects, and establish a good company image.

Third, taking the June safety production month activity theme of "Implementing Safety Responsibilities and Promoting Safe Development" as an opportunity, conduct a comprehensive investigation of safety hazards at the construction site.
