A group DingTalk system work application exchange meeting was held at the company

On the morning of December 6, the Group held a DingTalk system work application exchange meeting in the comprehensive report hall of An'er Company. More than 160 people attended the meeting, including the heads of relevant functional departments of the Group, the main leaders of the Group's subordinate secondary units, and the leaders in charge of informatization and human resources. Wang Xiaofang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was chaired by Zeng Jihong, the Group's chief economist.

Wang Xiaofang, member of the Group's Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, spoke highly of the company's digital application of the DingTalk platform. Combining the current development status of the Group, he pointed out that DingTalk system, compared with other office systems, has superior advantages and stronger plasticity. It can better implement the Group's "four guarantees, one control, and one tree" project management requirements, especially the DingTalk migrant worker real-name registration management system, which makes the entire labor chain more transparent and more effectively protects the rights and interests of migrant workers. Wang Xiaofang required that all units of the Group should, firstly, attach importance to the promotion of the DingTalk system, achieve in-depth application, and create more information and digital benchmarks. Secondly, use the DingTalk information system to strengthen project safety and quality management, strengthen contract management, strengthen bidding and pre-settlement management, and further improve the level of enterprise refined management and standardized management. Thirdly, strengthen learning and exchange, effectively solve the difficulties and pain points in the process of enterprise digital transformation, and transform the achievements of informatization into an important way to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.

In the exchange with brother companies of the Group, we found that many brother units have many innovations in the application of the DingTalk system, and have achieved remarkable results in management, which has provided many valuable inspirations for the application and development of the DingTalk system in An'er Company. At present, the application results of the system in An'er Company are not obvious enough, and further improvement and transformation are needed. We will continue to attach importance to informatization management work, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with brother units, share achievements, and achieve new results together.

Cui Yongzhi, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and manager, systematically introduced the company's achievements in the application of the DingTalk system in eight aspects: migrant worker real-name system, office collaboration, production management, equipment and material management, human resource management, learning platform, and application results, focusing on the enterprise's digital application of the DingTalk platform.
