The company successfully passed the external supervision audit of the "three systems".

　　From October 29th to 31st, a three-person team of experts from the Beijing China Construction Association Certification Center conducted a three-day audit of the company's "Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety" management system. The audit team unanimously agreed that the company passed the 2020 "Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety" management system surveillance audit and will continue to maintain its certification.

　　During the audit, based on the GB/T19001, GB/T24001, GB/T45001, GB/T50430, and GB50656 standards and the company's management system documents, the expert group focused on the company's Production Safety Department, Production Management Department, Technology Center, Manager's Office, Human Resources Department, Market Development Department, Contract Budget Department, Equipment and Materials Department, Trade Union, and other departments, as well as the management systems and operational status of the company's building engineering, municipal public works, metallurgical engineering, electromechanical engineering general contracting, and fire protection engineering. On-site inspections were conducted at the Qujing Fanghua Ranch construction project, the Qujing Defang Nano construction project, and the Honghe Tobacco Factory relocation and technological transformation boiler room equipment and pipeline installation fire protection system construction project to thoroughly check project planning, project implementation, and documentation compilation.

　　At the closing meeting, the experts congratulated the company on its achievements over the past year and affirmed the effective and compliant operation of the company's management system. They also provided constructive suggestions for areas needing improvement.

　　Finally, Gu Yongmao, the company's Party Committee Vice Secretary and Chairman, stated that the company will fully rectify and implement the issues and suggestions raised by the experts. The company will also use this audit as an opportunity to further strengthen and improve functional management, optimize business processes, strengthen project process management and risk control, improve work efficiency and quality, continuously improve work performance, enhance refined management levels, and strive to promote further progress in all aspects of management.
