Company's family style education "three-in-one" series of activities: Leading cadres'廉政家访activities

“ A good family style leads to good public morals. , Good public morals lead to clean governance. ” Since August, the company has launched a廉政家访 (integrity home visit) activity for leading cadres. Members of the leadership team led the visits to 9 party and government officials' homes.

During the home visits, members of the leadership team had heart-to-heart talks with party and government officials and their families, understanding the work situation, ideological and living conditions of the family members of party and government officials, and “ their interests and hobbies outside of working hours ” encouraging the family members of party and government officials to consciously resist bad habits, cultivate healthy and positive pastimes, further strengthen family supervision, and consolidate the supervisory forces. They also introduced the employees' work situation to their families, explaining that due to heavy workloads, colleagues often work overtime, hoping for their understanding and support. At the same time, they promoted anti-corruption and integrity work to the families of party and government officials, guiding them to pay attention to and participate in daily supervision, and to be good “ helpers in maintaining integrity ” , helping party and government officials to purify their social circles and regulate their lifestyles.

The company's disciplinary inspection department prepared a book on integrity education, "Chinese Family Rules," for each family, and sent a "Letter on Integrity to Family Members." At each home visited, the visiting leaders presented the integrity book and letter, signed an integrity commitment letter, and repeatedly urged the families of party and government officials: to abide by the law, that the family is an important line of defense against corruption, and that family members should be good “ integrity advocates ” , blowing “ a good wind at home ” , and consciously knowing and assisting in maintaining integrity.

Through the integrity home visit activity, on the one hand, it conveyed the care of the Party organization, enhanced the sense of belonging of party and government officials to the organization, and encouraged party and government officials to remember their mission and take on responsibilities; on the other hand, it strengthened the awareness of party and government officials' families in upholding and assisting in maintaining integrity, laying a solid foundation for creating a clean and civilized family style and building a strong ideological defense line, reminding party and government officials to know awe, have fear, and adhere to the bottom line.
