On July 23, a dam collapse accident occurred at a hydropower station under construction in Attapeu Province, Laos, releasing 5 billion cubic meters of water and causing huge losses to local residents. More than 6,000 disaster victims were left homeless.

In the spirit of "when one suffers, all help," on July 30, all personnel of the company's Laos construction project, upholding the humanitarian spirit and social responsibility, donated materials to the people in the Attapeu disaster area and prayed for all the disaster victims. The project department donated 12,470,000 kip and clothing to the disaster area through the Lao Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. Deputy Minister Boukong Rasoakan accepted the donation on behalf of the Lao side and expressed his gratitude. The company's donation representatives conveyed the greetings of all employees to the Attapeu disaster victims, hoping that the disaster-stricken people would overcome the difficulties as soon as possible with the help of all parties.
