Self-reliance: The Five Departments organized their own employees to complete minor project work

Recently, the Fifth Engineering Department has successively undertaken more than 10 small projects from Kunming Pharmaceutical Group with a total contract value of over 2 million yuan. Given the current situation where the department is unable to secure or commence large-scale projects, and in order to save construction costs, improve economic efficiency, and successfully complete these small projects, the Fifth Engineering Department leadership decided to assign these projects to its own employees.

Under the leadership of the department's leaders and Party members, all male employees, wearing gloves and work clothes, have been working on these small projects in their spare time and even forgoing holidays. This has greatly boosted the morale of the department's employees, and all projects are progressing smoothly, receiving consistent praise from clients.
