Detailed node breakdown and standardized construction -- strong management of the construction of the Shen and Liao Guan Yuan shantytown renovation project in the Qinghua Lake area of Baoshan City by the Nine Construction Departments

　　

 

　　In the construction of the Shen and Liao Guanyuan shanty town renovation project in the Qinghua Lake area of Baoshan City, the Ninth Construction Department is responsible for the HVAC and fire protection projects of the A05 plot. Based on the schedule requirements of the command center and the actual on-site conditions, the on-site project department divides the project into nodes and strengthens the management of construction standards.

 

A05 plot has a total of 33 buildings

 

　　Currently, for the 28 buildings under intensive construction, the installation of fire pipes (fire boxes) on each floor has been completed, and the pipeline pressure test has been carried out; the HVAC parts, including air valves, ducts, and fans, are currently being installed. The cable trays in the electrical wells have been installed and the wiring is complete. Sound and light, smoke detectors and other equipment are being installed in an orderly manner, and the project progress is proceeding smoothly.

 

Organizing the supervision unit to conduct pipeline pressure testing

 

　　Currently, for section eight, the basement (excluding buildings 2-7) sprinkler and fire hydrant main pipe installation is 100% complete, branch pipes are 90% complete, fire boxes are 90% complete, and normal ventilation and smoke exhaust ducts are 90% complete, with fan equipment installation at 80%. For section ten, the basement sprinkler and fire hydrant main pipe installation is 100% complete, branch pipes are 90% complete, fire boxes are 80% complete, smoke detectors are 70% complete, cable trays are 90% complete, and normal ventilation and smoke exhaust duct fabrication and installation are 90% complete. For section eleven, the basement sprinkler and fire hydrant main pipe installation is 100% complete, branch pipes are 90% complete, fire boxes are 90% complete, fire alarm wiring is 60% complete, fire equipment installation is 40% complete, and normal ventilation and smoke exhaust duct fabrication and installation are 95% complete; fan equipment installation in the fan room is 90% complete. Starting March 20, 2017, pressure tests were gradually conducted on the fire pipes of each floor, and pressure tests were conducted on the basement in separate areas.

　　During the installation process, the construction of the junction area between the civil air defense area and the non-civil air defense area is particularly important, and the project department strictly requires the construction team to follow construction standards. The Ninth Construction Department will continue to strictly follow the construction standards and complete the work according to the schedule requirements of the command center, in accordance with the "Safety First, Quality First" requirements put forward by Yan Guang, the company's overall safety supervisor.

Pipes located at the junction of civil air defense and non-civil air defense areas are treated with shut-off valves and strict sealing of the wall.
