On the afternoon of April 13, the company's Party Committee held its second theoretical study center group learning meeting and company's young cadre symposium of 2022. Four young cadre representatives shared their learning experiences based on their own work, and members of the company's leadership team made work requirements for the future growth and development of the company's young cadres from different perspectives, expressing high hopes for everyone.

Cui Yongzhi requested that company cadres and employees, especially young cadres, should be guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's six speeches to young and middle-aged cadres, deeply understand the spirit of the speeches, take the opportunity of Yunnan Provincial Committee's revolution of work style and efficiency revolution, and compare themselves to their actual situation. In future work: First, always put learning in the first place. In the process of the company's rapid development, maintain a mentality of being a "student", humbly learn, ask questions if you don't understand, and never be ashamed to ask questions. Always maintain a sense of crisis of lack of ability and a hunger for knowledge, and persistently persist in learning to continuously improve one's abilities. Second, we must adhere to the combination of theory and practice, pay attention to applying what we have learned, and remember that the purpose of learning is practice. Always keep in mind that "a knife must be sharpened on a stone, and a person must be tempered in action", put the "on-site work method" proposed by the Yunnan Provincial Committee into practice, be rooted in the grassroots, face the problems existing in the work, and truly achieve the sinking of the heart, walking down, and exerting force downwards. Third, take the lead in the efficiency revolution, adhere to the principle of completing today's tasks today, change the work style, eliminate the negative thoughts of laziness and procrastination, and with a vigorous and resolute attitude, focus on speed and foresight, and strive to promote the company's high-quality development in an intensive way.

Gu Yongmao pointed out that young cadres are the solid foundation and important guarantee for the continuous development of the company's various undertakings. Cultivating and selecting outstanding young cadres and continuously cultivating and training a large number of outstanding young cadres is a fundamental task related to the company's inheritance and succession. The cultivation of young cadres, in addition to the efforts of the young cadres themselves, also depends on the cultivation of the organization. Third, be diligent in learning, dare to take responsibility, focus on the overall situation, improve one's abilities and talents in learning, meet challenges head-on in the face of arduous and dangerous tasks, continuously improve the awareness of the overall situation, and strive to grow into useful talents to help the company's development. Fourth, pay attention to actual results, use performance to prove one's work ability and level, and use performance to speak for oneself. At the same time, we must shoulder the responsibility of leading a team, and while focusing on our own growth, we must also shoulder the responsibility of cultivating people, providing a continuous flow of talent for the company's development.
