On the afternoon of December 22, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission supervision group conducted "on-site" supervision work at the Metal Structure Processing Center's Party branch. A total of 19 people attended the meeting, including Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and head of the supervision group; members of the Metal Structure Processing Center's leadership team; key personnel; and some employee representatives.

This "On-site" supervision work was carried out through methods such as integrity party lessons, heart-to-heart talks, and document review. The aim is to gain an in-depth understanding of the operation of the department's leadership team, production and operation management, and the ideological state of cadres and employees. Through research, targeted supervision work will be carried out.

Sun Jinyao emphasized: Firstly, the Party branch must fulfill its main responsibilities and supervisory responsibilities in Party conduct and integrity construction. The main leaders of the Party and government must strictly implement the responsibility of the "first responsible person." They should unite and lead the members of the leadership team to jointly promote the Party's construction work, effectively utilize platforms such as the "Three Meetings and One Lesson" to strengthen political theoretical education, improve political standing, manage the leadership team and its members well, set an example of integrity in their work, promote the implementation of Party conduct and integrity construction work, and ensure that responsibilities are implemented. "One post, two responsibilities" must be implemented, and daily supervision and management must be strengthened; secondly, it is necessary to unify thinking and enhance awareness of the implementation of regulations. The department should strengthen the implementation of the group's and company's regulations, strictly follow the group's requirements for "four guarantees, one control, and one cultivation" in carrying out management work, and continuously promote the standardization of the engineering department's production management work. At the same time, a strong sense of responsibility should be established, and responsibilities should be continuously implemented layer by layer, ensuring that responsibilities are assigned to individuals and measures are in place.

After the special integrity party lesson, the supervision group conducted face-to-face, open, and interactive talks with the department's leadership team members, key personnel, and project managers. The talks focused on individual work performance, discipline and style, integrity construction, difficulties and problems encountered in work, and opinions and suggestions on disciplinary inspection and supervision work. Targeted integrity reminders and disciplinary education were provided based on the positions of those being interviewed.
