On the morning of December 20, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission supervision group conducted "on-site" supervision work at the Seventh Engineering Project Department. A total of 27 people attended the meeting, including Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and head of the supervision group; members of the Seventh Engineering Department leadership team; key personnel; and employee representatives.

Sun Jinyao gave a廉政党课 (integrity party lesson) based on the actual situation of the Seventh Engineering Department. The lesson covered four aspects: strengthening leadership team building, strengthening basic management, improving grassroots Party building work, and strengthening Party conduct and integrity building.

Sun Jinyao emphasized: First, while each member of the leadership team performs their respective duties, they must also cooperate and be frank with each other. They should be good at identifying problems, dare to speak up about problems, listen to employee opinions and suggestions, and promptly resolve problems, achieving new breakthroughs in market development; Second, enhance the entire department's ability to implement regulations, strengthen basic management, and strictly enforce the company's relevant management regulations, especially in the management of rural migrant workers' real-name registration, material procurement bidding, and labor subcontracting; Third, give full play to the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress, strengthen the education of Party members, cadres, and employees, increase efforts in talent cultivation, and do a good job in publicizing the department's characteristics and highlights, as well as epidemic prevention and control; Fourth, the branch secretary must fulfill the responsibilities of the first person in charge, and members of the leadership team must fulfill their "dual responsibilities," focusing on key positions and creating a clean and honest work environment. After the integrity party lesson, the supervision group conducted individual interviews with members of the engineering department's leadership team, key personnel, and some employee representatives, and checked the relevant account books and materials on the Party conduct and integrity building of the branch.
