On August 27, the company's second branch of the Party committee organized a themed Party day activity of "I do practical things for the masses." The activity focused on "lectures on the formatting of official documents and the standardized filling of personal information forms." Party members from eight departments under the jurisdiction of the second branch of the Party committee in Kunming, as well as part-time archivists and correspondents from various departments, attended the meeting. Zhang Yuling, the company's chief financial officer, also attended the event.

This activity was conducted through a combination of theoretical lectures and practical exercises. The standards for document formatting and personal information forms were lectured by the branch leader. Regarding document formatting standards, the lecture used commonly used summary and report documents as entry points, explaining and demonstrating the specific requirements in terms of page setup, font size, page numbering, line spacing, character spacing, punctuation, and layout rules. Participants were reminded to be aware of common pitfalls and problems in document formatting. The personal information form section focused on the requirements and standards for filling in personal "three ages and two histories" and information about main family members and important social relationships.

This activity enabled the departments under the branch to have a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the standards for document formatting and filling out personal information forms, which will play a positive role in improving the document processing capabilities of personnel in various departments.
