The Party branch of the company's Third Engineering Project Department, combining its own actual situation, pioneered the use of the company's modular assembled container in the newly undertaken Anning Caida Residential Area fire protection project, making use of the available resources to create a Party member activity room and affiliated publicity facilities. Modular containers have low investment and operating costs, are easy and flexible to assemble and place, and have the ability to be relocated without damage, making them very suitable for the use scenarios of installation project management departments.

The Party building activity room uses the company's Party building logo and signage standardized catalog as a design blueprint, with "Never forget the original intention, keep the mission in mind" as the main propaganda background, with the Party flag and the oath of joining the Party as the center, and on both sides are "The basic tasks of the Party branch", "Party member rights", "Party member obligations", and "Main responsibilities of the state-owned enterprise Party branch". On the other side are "Three meetings and one class system", "Thematic Party day system", "The Code of Conduct for Integrity and Self-Discipline of the Communist Party of China", "Party branch organizational life", and "Party branch public commitment". The Party member activity room is equipped with necessary facilities such as a conference table, filing cabinet, and air conditioner. The overall arrangement is simple, generous, and practical, providing an activity venue and learning environment for on-site Party members, cadres, and employees, giving full play to the "multi-purpose" role of the Party member activity room. At the same time, "Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" and "The Development History of the Communist Party of China" publicity columns are set up on the outside, forming an open publicity and display effect, expanding the participation of Party members and the masses.
