Before the meeting, the Party branch of the Ninth Engineering Project Department organized all Party members to carefully study Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the mobilization meeting for Party history learning and education, Xi Jinping's important speech at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and the four designated textbooks for Party history learning and education.
