On the afternoon of March 10, the company's first "Party and Mass System Micro-Classroom" of 2021 was launched. More than 30 people attended the training, including party and mass work department staff, disciplinary inspection and supervision office staff, trade union members, youth league members, party and mass cadres from various grassroots party branches, party affairs officers, and young reserve talents from the 2020 batch.

The "Party and Mass System Micro-Classroom" aims to build a platform for communication and learning within the company's party and mass system, fostering a learning atmosphere where "everyone is a lecturer." This allows party and mass workers in different positions to understand and master the various work tasks of the entire system, striving to become "policy experts" and "all-rounders" in the party and mass system. The classroom lectures focus on daily work-related business knowledge and skills, emphasizing the resolution of common problems encountered in daily work. Simultaneously, the "everyone lectures" approach provides more opportunities for young party and mass workers to interact, reflect, and showcase their abilities.

The first micro-classroom session featured rich content. It began with the party branch secretary of the Third Engineering Project Department sharing their experience in integrating party building work into production and operation last year. Subsequently, various lecturers gave presentations on topics such as: "Party branch election procedures, organizational life meetings and democratic appraisal of party members procedures, party conduct and integrity construction and anti-corruption work ledger material collection, notes on filling out reports on personal matters of leading cadres, meeting record standards, official document formatting standards, outbound passport management procedures, cadre roster and cadre appointment and removal approval form filling standards, notes on taking meeting and project photos, guiding opinions on thematic party day activities, and rules for placing leader nameplates."

After the lectures, homework for self-study was assigned, and the effectiveness of self-study will be tested in the second micro-classroom session.
