The face-to-face, open and heartfelt conversation allowed me to fully feel the care and concern from the organization. Going forward, I will be strict with myself, lead by example, and always take the lead in practicing the "one post, two responsibilities" principle." This is what a member of the workshop team said at the end of the conversation.

From December 21st to 28th, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, led a team to conduct "on-site" heart-to-heart talks at the First, Fifth, and Ninth Engineering Project Departments. To date, a total of 43 "on-site" heart-to-heart talks have been conducted.

The purpose of the "on-site" talks is to conduct normalized, visualized, and multi-faceted precise supervision through heart-to-heart talks; understand the basic situation of leading personnel in various grassroots units; promptly identify problems; grasp the political ecology and the situation of the "key minority" in the supervised units; provide timely reminders and work requirements; conduct "political checkups" and "political health care" for those talked to; demonstrate political care; effectively promote the work of resolving and preventing major risks; and provide strong support for promoting the high-quality and healthy development of various units.

Before conducting the talks, an outline was developed for each grassroots unit and the person being talked to, enhancing the effectiveness of the talks. During the talks, a problem-oriented approach was maintained, understanding the situation of each unit from seven aspects: personal circumstances, ideology and style of work, system implementation, and the performance of leading team members in "one post, two responsibilities," etc. Doubts and questions raised by those talked to were answered in a timely manner, clarifying doubts, regulations, discipline, and law. For emerging and general problems, timely reminders and criticism and education were given. For those who failed to implement the two responsibilities, work requirements were put forward.

The "on-site" heart-to-heart talk work strengthened normalized daily supervision, promoted the forward movement of the supervision checkpoint, increased the intensity and warmth of supervision, enhanced the depth and precision of supervision, fully stimulated the endogenous motivation of various grassroots units, and promoted the stable and healthy development of the company.
