This onboarding training was very comprehensive, covering corporate culture, company history, corporate culture, organizational structure, management systems and departmental functions and procedures, human resource management and compensation systems, and career development planning. Through the training, I realized that to have good development in my future work, I must do the following aspects well:

First, highly identify with the group's corporate culture and core values. In JianTou, all employees should have a common and unique sense of belonging, that is, "JianTou people". It signifies that all employees of JianTou Group are an inseparable whole, everyone is heart-to-heart, hand-in-hand, striving for a common ideal. Second, complete the role transition as soon as possible. For me, a newcomer to JianTou Er'an, facing a new environment and new work tasks, we should demand ourselves as newcomers, reset the past, strictly abide by the company's various rules and regulations, and not be "willful" as before. Third, live and work wholeheartedly, do not hesitate to ask questions, and be positive and upward. In future work, we will inevitably encounter various setbacks and pressures. We should maintain a positive and upward attitude, learn from our masters, do not hesitate to ask questions, and strive to learn new technologies and new knowledge so that we can work independently and solve problems independently. Fourth, work together, help each other, learn from each other, and further improve our own abilities.

July marks the beginning of our new journey and new dreams. Stepping into the company's doors is about to usher in the next stage of my life. From the entry physical examination to the entry training, we have benefited greatly. We must button the first button correctly, walk the road down-to-earth, and be serious and responsible in our work. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that contemporary youth are a generation that moves forward with the new era, living in a prosperous time and shouldering heavy responsibilities. Therefore, on this new journey, we must: remain true to our original aspirations and forge ahead.

 

Dong Jun

The five-day training allowed me to have a more comprehensive understanding of the company, made me feel the company's leadership's care for us new employees, strengthened my goals, and made me realize how fortunate it is to join the company. The outdoor quality expansion training allowed me to understand that I am not alone in my work, but have colleagues and leaders who care about me, and it also made me understand my responsibilities better. Visiting the exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China gave me a deeper understanding of the Party and strengthened my belief in the Party's leadership. In the future, I will wholeheartedly follow the Party, work harder under the leadership of the company, and fully display my talents on the company's big stage to realize my life value.

 

Gao Yuanlong

On the afternoon of July 23, I visited the Yunnan Provincial Museum to see the exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The visit deeply inspired me, and I wrote "The journey is long, only struggle" in the museum's guestbook to encourage myself and my colleagues. A century of unity and progress, a century of glorious achievements; struggle creates dreams, happiness is achieved through struggle. The new generation of us should stride forward in the new era, forge ahead on a new journey, create new glories, work hard, forge ahead, and actively contribute to the development and progress of the company.

On the morning of July 19, I officially started my work and life at An'er Si. The company's five-day new employee training allowed us to quickly integrate into the work and into the An'er Si family. As a newly hired financial staff member of the company, participating in the group's offline training and listening to the group's financial director's speech on the basic principles of the group's financial management, I learned that financial work should serve the overall situation, coordinate and cooperate, be accurate and efficient, and be clean and responsible. We should also be able to combine work and practice, innovate ourselves, and think for ourselves. In my future work, I will actively practice the group's cultural concepts, grow through accumulation, and become a qualified JianTou person as soon as possible!

 

Li Huiming

This week's training has enabled us to better understand the company's rules and regulations, not only allowing us to re-examine ourselves but also understanding the relationship between individuals and teams, promoting communication and coordination within the team. First, we must quickly complete the role transition from student to work position, adapt to the new environment, and independently face various things and difficulties. Second, in our work, we must be down-to-earth, planned, and orderly, starting from the details, being humble and eager to learn, the best way to solve problems is sincerity, sincerely treating every little thing in our work. Third, we must strengthen our learning and strive to improve ourselves. Finally, as we are about to start our new work at Yunnan JianTou, we will find our own path and wholeheartedly follow it. At this moment, I am even more determined in my choice.

This new employee onboarding training gave me a deeper understanding of the company, increased my knowledge, changed my previous psychological positioning, and more importantly, gave me a new understanding of myself and my goals - "Still water gets foul, and people who don't advance regress." At the same time, during the week-long training, the leaders and colleagues showed great concern for us new employees, providing us with a good learning and living environment, especially the staff apartments prepared by the company for new employees, which made me feel the warmth of the large collective. With such leaders, such colleagues, and such treatment, I am even more determined in my choice. In my future work and life, I will double my efforts in learning and continuously improve my comprehensive quality to meet the needs of the company's continuous development.

In the short five-day training, I could feel the care and expectations of the company and leaders at all times. Countless words of earnest instruction allowed me to quickly find my place and clarify an important goal in my life journey. The company is a stage of life, and everyone has a chance to perform, allowing us to show our talents and create wonderful moments in our lives.

Although the week-long training is over, the leaders' diligent teachings will forever be remembered by each of us new employees. In our future work positions, we need to take one step at a time, set clear career goals, and put them into practice. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the leaders for their guidance to us new employees. I will digest and apply what I have learned and experienced in this training to my future work. While showing myself, I will maintain my passion for learning, constantly enriching and changing myself to become a true "Er'an person"!

Although the training is over, in our future work, we need to take the initiative to learn, be diligent in asking questions, and integrate theory with practice. Only in this way can we improve our technical level and practical work ability, better love our jobs and careers, keep up with the times, be energetic and capable, and be proactive. Without clear goals, there is no strong work motivation, and it is difficult to make progress. We should base ourselves on reality and gradually formulate appropriate short-term and long-term goals, make good plans and constantly improve them, make continuous progress towards our set goals, constantly shorten the gap between reality and ideals, and constantly tap our potential while striving to contribute to the unit's construction and construction cause, and strive to cultivate ourselves into a compound and innovative talent.

With hope and a fresh perspective, I joined Yunnan JianTou Second Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., a vibrant team, embarking on a new chapter. This new start coincided with a week-long new employee training program. The training covered company culture, lectures by company leaders, and sessions by department heads on regulations and their experiences. Though short, this training significantly enhanced my knowledge, teamwork skills, and personal growth.

I am deeply grateful to the company leadership for this training. I will integrate the knowledge and insights gained into my future work. While showcasing my strengths, I will maintain a strong learning spirit, continuously expanding my knowledge and addressing my weaknesses to become a valuable asset to the company.

Fresh out of college and into the workforce, we lack social experience and interpersonal skills. However, we have role models and goals to emulate. General Manager Cui stated in the new employee training: To create value, one must first possess the skills to do so. We learn management from project managers, technical skills from senior colleagues, practical skills from workers, and theory from books. We transform practice into innovation and learn safety from accidents. We must maintain a learning attitude, prepare for the long haul, cultivate lifelong learning, and apply it to our work and lives.

The five-day new employee training has concluded. As a recent graduate, I anticipated this training with great excitement. The content was rich, varied, and creative, covering company introductions, corporate culture, future prospects, new employee mindset, legal knowledge, and safety education. This training helped me transition from student to employee, fostering a positive and optimistic approach to work.

Throughout this training, every participant demonstrated a positive, optimistic, and upward-looking attitude. Maintaining this attitude in future work is crucial for everyone's work and life.
