I 2019 year 7 I joined An'ersi in the month of the year, like many graduates, taking it as the starting point of my career. Once, I had unlimited imaginations about future work, expecting that what I had learned could be put into practice and shine brightly at work, and that I could easily solve any problems I encountered. However, there is always a gap between ideal and reality. When I operated the software, I frequently made mistakes, couldn't understand the drawings, and didn't understand the data ...... Various problems made me question myself, and I was once very frustrated, and the complaints in my heart grew louder and louder.

Once, while chatting with a colleague, I expressed my confusion. Instead of scoffing at me, he burst into laughter and said, "Your current state is exactly the same as mine back then. You want to do a good job, but you lack experience and practice, and theory and practice cannot be combined. You are aiming too high, and after several setbacks, you are easily frustrated. In our line of work, what we need most is to be down-to-earth, constantly learning, summarizing, and improving in our work, otherwise it will all be superficial."

After hearing these words, I suddenly understood. Later, I went to the Xiangli Expressway project department, where I met a group of lovely people. Among them were experienced masters, kind senior brothers, and simple workers. We all worked hard towards a common goal. Inspired by them, I tried to calm down and learn software operation in detail again. I no longer just glanced over the drawings and data that I didn't understand, but tried to analyze the reasons. After a period of time, I could clearly feel my changes. The theories I had learned could gradually be applied to my work, I was no longer so impetuous, and I no longer put aside things I didn't understand, and I tried my best to finish my work for the day. In this project, I gained a lot, not only accumulating some practical experience, but also tempering my mentality, making me understand better how to work down-to-earth and strive forward in an ordinary position.

Whenever it rained, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain opposite the project department would be covered by dark clouds. My colleagues told me that when the rain cleared and the sun came out, I would see a different snow mountain. Once, I got up early and ran out to see the snow mountain. When the first rays of sunlight of the morning shone through the snow mountain, I looked at the snow mountain shining brightly in the distance, and I couldn't help but admire it. Isn't life like this? There are disappointments and joys, but as long as you work hard step by step, you will surely see the most beautiful scenery at the end.
