From March 30th to 31st, the company and Anyisi jointly held a series of activities at the Tibet Julong Phase II project, including a "Youth Assault Team" flag-raising ceremony, a youth employee exchange meeting, and red-themed education. The aim was to further enhance friendship among young employees from both sides and unite efforts for project construction. Lu Yi, chief editor of the Yunnan Provincial Youth League Committee's "Youth and Society" magazine; Huang Dongjie, deputy secretary of the Group's Youth League Committee; Li Pan, member of the Party Committee and chairman of the trade union of Yunnan Construction Investment Installation Co., Ltd.; and Chen Chunwen, assistant to the general manager of the company, attended the event.

"Youth Assault Team" Flag-Raising Ceremony

The ceremony was held at the Tibet Julong Phase II project site. Huang Dongjie delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing: First, unify ideological understanding and focus on production goals. We must make every effort to advance project construction with a high sense of responsibility and mission, maintaining confidence and facing difficulties head-on. Second, we must unite our strength and work together to overcome challenges. We must advance project construction with a determined attitude, efficiently and effectively, and promptly address bottlenecks hindering project progress. Third, we must summarize and refine experience and strengthen publicity to boost morale. We must continuously review and comprehensively summarize good practices, promote learning, and fully leverage their exemplary role to continuously improve the business skills and project construction level of project personnel. The speech emphasized the importance of unified thinking, collaborative efforts, and experience sharing to ensure efficient and high-quality project completion.

Youth Employee Exchange Meeting

After the flag-raising ceremony, all personnel went to the company's project site to hold a youth employee exchange meeting. At the meeting, everyone watched the series of promotional videos "Chinese Dream Labor Beauty," and Lu Yi gave a themed speech combining the theme of youth league publicity work and the characteristics of the project, calling on young cadres and employees to record their daily work and life experiences on the project in writing. The meeting included a video presentation and a speech emphasizing the importance of documenting personal experiences.

The young employees present spoke one by one, sharing the difficulties they faced when they first arrived at the project and their experiences overcoming challenges and upholding their mission. Each young employee spoke openly and honestly.

Huang Dongjie fully affirmed the work achievements of the young cadres and employees of the Tibet project, expressed gratitude and condolences for their long-term dedication to their posts and hard work, and encouraged the young employees to continue to uphold their original aspirations, forge ahead, and continue to achieve new victories in project construction. He emphasized: First, embrace the "major national issues" and be a "torchbearer" rooted in the border regions. Young employees should always keep in mind the "major national issues," integrate their personal struggles into the broader development, and let their youth bloom with the light of faith on the snow-covered plateau. Second, cultivate strong abilities and be a "vanguard" in overcoming difficulties. Plateau projects are technically complex and have strict standards. We must always maintain a sense of urgency about "lack of skills," learn from books, practice, and predecessors, persist in learning, and strive to improve our core skills. Third, cultivate a spirit of dedication and be a "gesang flower" that conveys warmth. While promoting project construction, we should actively communicate with local youth, exchange sincerity for sincerity, and strive to achieve the goal of making friends while undertaking projects.

Li Pan expressed gratitude and condolences to the young cadres and employees who have long been stationed at the project site. He emphasized that the Tibet project has a harsh environment and difficult conditions. All young employees have fully demonstrated the spirit of the plateau iron army, adhered to their posts, performed their duties well, and made every effort to promote project construction, composing a song of struggle in their youth on the snow-covered plateau. This experience will surely become a valuable asset in their growth journey. He hoped that everyone would persevere and never give up, using diverse skills to open up a vast world.

Red-Themed Education

On the morning of March 31st, company and group Tibet regional headquarters, and Anyisi young employees visited the Tibet Mao Zedong Badge Museum for red-themed education.

The museum was solemn and肅穆, with a rich collection of exhibits, including a large number of Mao Zedong badges, reflecting Mao Zedong's glorious life, recording the magnificent history of the founding and development of New China, and vividly embodying the spirit of the times.

Following the guidance of the docent, everyone visited Mao Zedong's bronze statue and related exhibits, stood solemnly in front of Mao Zedong's bronze statue to pay their respects, and commemorated the great man.

The series of activities further enhanced the exchange and communication between young employees of the company and its sister units, enriched the spare time life of cadres and employees of the project, strengthened the cohesion and centripetal force of young employees of the project, and laid a solid foundation for better promoting project construction.
