Strengthening the Safety Net and Enhancing Safety Awareness - Company-Wide Safety Training for 2025

From March 26th to 28th, the company's safety supervision and management department, in conjunction with the human resources department, organized a three-day safety training program for all employees. This training adopted an online and offline combined mode, covering all company employees. Zhang Shaoming, the company's vice general manager, attended the opening ceremony and gave a mobilization speech.

At the opening ceremony, Zhang Shaoming emphasized that safety is no small matter, and safeguarding safety is the responsibility of every employee, and is also the key to ensuring their own safety and the safety of others. All cadres and staff of the company must first enhance their understanding and deeply comprehend the importance of safety training. They should firmly establish the concept of "everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies," truly internalizing and externalizing safety knowledge. Second, they should apply what they have learned to ensure the effectiveness of the training. The content of this training covers various aspects, including safety laws and regulations, operating procedures, emergency handling, and case analysis. It has both theoretical depth and practical relevance. We hope that everyone will listen attentively, actively participate, raise questions based on their actual work, and apply the knowledge they have learned to their actual work. Third, they should actively participate in safety production management, further deepen the concept of safety production, and improve their safe operation skills. This training should be used as an opportunity to transform the training results into conscious actions in daily work, truly shouldering and acting on safety responsibilities.

This training specially invited Liao Guangcai, assistant senior business manager of the Group's Safety Supervision and Management Department, and Na Zhihui, deputy director (acting) of the Yuntianhua Group's Safety and Environmental Protection Department and deputy general manager of operations at Hainan Phosphate Industry Co., Ltd., Yunnan Phosphate Group, to give on-site lectures. The course content was rich and targeted, mainly focusing on mechanical equipment safety management, the safety leadership of those in charge, basic theories of safety management, safety laws and regulations, and safety management regulations for projects with relatively high risks. Through theoretical explanations, watching warning education films, case analysis, and on-site questioning, the aim was to enable trainees to further master safety production laws and knowledge, operating procedures, identify safety risk points in their positions, and enhance their awareness of safety risk prevention.
