On March 26, the company's trade union held its second enlarged meeting of the second trade union committee in 2025, as well as a women's committee meeting, and conducted a collective integrity talk. The meeting was chaired by Yang Yu, the company's Party committee vice secretary, employee director, and chairman of the trade union.

The meeting focused on studying relevant content from "Excerpts from Xi Jinping's Discussions on the Working Class and Trade Union Work," and listened to the report on the major income and expenditure settlement of the company's trade union in 2024 and the report on the major trade union fund expenditure budget in 2025, and made arrangements and deployments for the next step of the trade union's work.
Yang Yu required that: First, we must establish confidence in development, closely monitor the dynamics of employees' thoughts, do a good job in ideological and political education of employees, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of employees, and form a joint force for development. Second, we must work hard on the branding of trade union work, enrich the content of the work, innovate the work ideas and measures, work together, and polish the "Gong" (工) service brand. At the same time, we must actively build a learning organization, continuously strengthen the theoretical education of cadres and employees, and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the cadre and employee team. Third, we must actively respond to the group's relevant work requirements such as "Happy and Safe Salary," "Stabilizing Enterprises and Ensuring Safety Visits," and "Protecting Enterprises and Ensuring Network Security," widely listen to the demands of employees, attach great importance to ideological and political work, strengthen the investigation and rectification of risks and hidden dangers, and show the company's good image to the outside world. Fourth, we must be confident, overcome difficulties, support the various decisions and deployments of the company's reform and development, unite and lead the vast number of cadres and employees, unify our thinking, enhance our understanding, work together, perform our duties conscientiously, and continuously promote the company's high-quality development in an intensive way.
A collective integrity talk was held at the meeting. Yang Yu pointed out that: First, we must effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, actively strive for the legitimate interests of employees, and let employees feel the warmth and care of the trade union organization. Second, we must tighten the institutional fences and standardize the operation of power. In particular, we must standardize the use and management of trade union funds to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with regulations and has a basis. Third, in terms of the work of selecting and commending advanced individuals, we must adhere to the principles of democratic recommendation and transparency, strictly follow the procedures, ensure that the selected outstanding examples are representative, and truly play a role in encouraging employees and setting examples. Fourth, we must cultivate a strong style of work and establish a clean image. We must strengthen learning, enhance awareness of discipline, and pay attention to self-discipline both inside and outside of "eight hours." At the same time, we must regularly conduct integrity talks and reminding education, and pass on pressure layer by layer to ensure that the responsibility for Party style and clean government construction is implemented.
