On March 12, Yang Yu, the company's deputy secretary of the Party committee, employee director, and chairman of the labor union, went to the company's Sixth Engineering Project Department's relocation project of Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd. Southwest Copper Industry Branch - public works project, to disseminate the spirit of the second session of the second group and the fifth session of the first company's congress of representatives. All employees of the project department participated in this study.

At the meeting, Yang Yu comprehensively disseminated the spirit of the second session of the second group and the fifth session of the first company's congress of representatives, and gave a detailed interpretation of the key contents closely related to the daily work and life of employees. At the same time, we must fully understand the importance of ensuring a comprehensive budget, compliant operation, achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase, and lean management. We must strictly abide by the rules and regulations to ensure that the project operation is stable and orderly. Secondly, the company will increase its efforts to protect the rights and interests of employees, strive to create a good atmosphere of "happy Er'an," and create a four-season care brand, so that every employee can feel the care and warmth of the company. Thirdly, all employees of the project department should deeply study and implement the spirit of the congress of representatives, and transform the learning achievements into a powerful driving force for promoting work. Only when all employees work together and strive together can the company's long-term development and employees' personal value be achieved.

After the meeting, Yang Yu had a cordial conversation with the employees of the project department, patiently listened to their opinions and suggestions, and gave positive responses and guidance on the personal development goals and difficulties encountered in their work raised by everyone.
