Winning Bid News: The company has won two bids!

Recently, a joint venture formed by the company's 12th Engineering Project Department and Guizhou Donghua Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of the Guiyang Kailiang Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. Steam Energy Efficiency Comprehensive Utilization Project (Phase I); the company's 5th Engineering Project Department successfully won the bid for the electromechanical installation project of the Kunzhong Pharmaceutical waste heat recovery and reuse project. The total value of the two projects is 76 million yuan.

The Guiyang Kailiang Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. Steam Energy Efficiency Comprehensive Utilization Project (Phase I) EPC general contracting project is located in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. The planned construction period is 300 calendar days. It will build two back-pressure steam turbine generator sets with a rated power exceeding 2351 kW, and simultaneously complete the construction of supporting pipelines, electrical instrument systems, and auxiliary facilities. The project focuses on the efficient recovery of waste heat and pressure from steam. It will carry out technical transformation of 9 sets of phosphoric acid concentration devices and low-pressure steam pipelines in the factory area, replacing the original desuperheating and pressure-reducing devices to achieve cascade utilization of energy. At the same time, the sulfuric acid waste heat power generation to the main steam pipeline of the concentration will be optimized and upgraded, and the steam equipment and pipeline insulation materials in the production area will be completely replaced.

This project will leverage the synergistic advantages of both parties in the field of energy comprehensive utilization. After completion, the project will continuously output clean energy through the waste heat power generation system, effectively improving the energy efficiency of the Kailiang Chemical Fertilizer steam system and promoting the low-carbon transformation of the phosphorus chemical industry circular economy chain.

The Kunzhong Pharmaceutical waste heat recovery and reuse project electromechanical installation project has a planned construction period of 90 calendar days and covers core projects such as equipment installation, pipeline laying, and intelligent control systems. Previously, the Fifth Engineering Project Department has undertaken electromechanical installation projects in the pharmaceutical field, such as the technical transformation of the extraction workshop of Kunyao Group's Majinpu raw material medicine factory. This successful bid further consolidates the department's market position in the pharmaceutical sector and lays the foundation for the department's specialized development.
