Company Digital Integrated Management Platform System Training Successfully Completed

On February 11, the company's Human Resources Department and Information Center jointly organized a one-day training session on the digital integrated management platform system.

This training was conducted both online and offline, with more than 70 registered special managers from various departments participating in the on-site training, while registered special managers from projects outside the province and abroad participated in the training synchronously through the online platform. The training was lectured by the relevant person in charge of the company's information center, and through vivid explanations and on-site demonstrations, the trainees were able to intuitively understand and master the key points of system operation.

After the lecture, each grassroots unit recommended a special manager representative to participate in the exchange and discussion. Everyone focused on the difficulties and bottlenecks in the current management of migrant worker wage payments, and shared their valuable experience and best practices in their actual work.

Through this training, the company's registered special managers have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the digital integrated management platform system.
