The Lanping section of the Yunlan Expressway from the county seat to the Jinding interchange and the Dayangyun connecting line to the Jiaju interchange in the Yunlong section have been completed.

12 On August 18, the Lanping section of the Yun (Long) Lan (Ping) Expressway, from the county seat to the Jinding interchange, and the Dayangyun connecting line to the Jiaju interchange in the Yunlong section, invested and constructed by the Group, were completed. The Yunlan Expressway is the first expressway in Lanping County. After the completion of the entire expressway, the travel time between Lanping and Yunlong will be shortened from the original 1 hour and 40 minutes to 50 minutes, benefiting more than 300,000 people along the route and effectively promoting the economic and social development and rural revitalization of the two places. Wang Yongqiang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, attended the completion ceremony and delivered a speech.

The Yunlan Expressway is a section of the "Dali-Yangbi-Yunlong-Lanping" loop line, an important part of Yunnan Province's expressway network, and a key project of "Ensuring Connectivity and Full Connectivity." The project starts from the north side of Guanping Township in Yunlong County, connecting to the Dali-Yangbi-Yunlong Expressway, and ends at Dagongdian, about 5 kilometers northeast of Jinding Town in Lanping County, connecting to the endpoint of the Hejianlan Expressway. The main line is 71.567 kilometers long. The project is constructed according to the technical standards of a dual four-lane expressway, with a roadbed width of 25.5 meters and a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. There are four interchanges in Jiaju, Baishi, Jinding, and Lanping, one service area, and one parking area. There are a total of 68 bridges and 12 tunnels, with a total bridge and tunnel length of 43.69 kilometers, and a bridge and tunnel ratio of 61.8%.
