This selection process considered multiple dimensions, including book collection size, management system, venue and fixed personnel management, reading volume, and event organization. The company's employee reading room won unanimous recognition from the judges for its rich collection, digital innovation practices, thoughtful service, and abundant reading activities.

Since its establishment in March 2019, the company's employee reading room has been committed to providing employees with a high-quality learning and leisure environment. The reading room covers an area of 100 square meters and has a collection of over 1300 books in 17 categories, including literature, humanities and social sciences, and natural sciences. It also has a special collection of books on the company's development history and professional technical materials, meeting the diverse reading needs of employees. The reading room is well-equipped, comfortable, and provides readers with a good reading experience. At the same time, the employee reading room has established a complete book classification management system and operation management system, and has a librarian responsible for regular book circulation and catalog updates, providing strong support for the normal operation of the employee reading room.
