Company leaders and extended leadership team members attended the meeting, along with managers and secretaries from various grassroots units and heads of various functional departments.

At the meeting, heads of grassroots units and functional departments made self-criticism speeches based on the meeting's theme and their work, earnestly identifying shortcomings in their understanding and work progress, and proposing practical improvement measures and work plans. The company's leadership team and extended leadership team members commented on the speeches and offered specific guidance based on their respective areas of responsibility.
