11 On October 15, Zhang Yuling, member of the company's Party committee and chief financial officer, delivered a lecture on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to the Party branch of the Eighth Engineering Project Department and the second Party branch of the functional departments.

Zhang Yuling systematically explained and elaborated on the following aspects: deeply understanding the significance of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee; thoroughly studying and understanding the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee; and comprehensively and accurately understanding the major reform measures proposed in the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-Style Modernization".

The meeting emphasized that all Party members should enhance their political awareness, take the study and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee as a major political task for the current period and the future, thoroughly understand the spirit of the plenary session, resolutely unify their thoughts and actions with the decisions and deployments of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Party Central Committee on further comprehensively deepening reform, and effectively transform the spirit of the plenary session into the spirit of working hard and starting a business.
